- Scanned the Engine Control Module (ECM) for diagnostic trouble codes and retrieved P0101 – Mass or Volume Air Flow "A" Circuit Range/Performance Problem, P0137 – Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank One 1 Sensor 2, P0151 – O2 Sensor Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 1, P0131 – Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1), P0157 – 2 Sensor Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 2, P0324 – Knock Control System Error, P2097 – Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1, and P2099 – Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 2. Scanned the engine data and found mass air flow sensor reading in correctly. Checked wires going to the mass air flow sensor, ok. Tested power and ground to the mass air flow sensor, ok. Mass air flow sensor has internal fault. Recommend replacing mass air flow sensor with new.
- Removed the mass air flow sensor and replaced with new. Cleared the diagnostic trouble codes. Performed fuel trim reset. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Runs and drives as designed.
