- Evacuated the A/C system. Removed the A/C compressor and replaced with new. Replaced the A/C compressor wire harness with new. Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Recharged the A/C system to specification. Performed A/C system performance test, passed. A/C operates as designed.
- Raised vehicle and removed wheels to inspect brakes. Front brake linings have 7 mm remaining. Rear brake shoes have 3 mm remaining. Cleaned rear shoes and installed drums. Reinstalled wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. No noises heard at this time.
- Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Vehicle starts and runs as designed.
- Verified customers concern. Found that the vehicle is flooded. Removed the spark plugs and inspected, spark plugs are worn. Recommend replacing the spark plugs with new.
- Verified customers concern. Tested and found that the A/C compressor is failed. Recommend A/C compressor and A/C compressor wire harness.
