Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Unable to duplicate at this time. Recommend to replace the spark plugs and cylinder 4 ignition coil as per mileage.
Removed the intake plenum assembly. Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils. Replaced the cylinder 4 ignition coil with new. Reinstalled the intake plenum.
Drained the automatic transmission fluid. Refilled transmission with new fluid. Confirmed fluid temperature and rechecked the level, adjusted fluid as necessary. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks.

Found compressor has internal fault.
