Removed the engine cover. Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils and engine cover.
Drained the transmission fluid and refilled with new. Road tested vehicle. Inspected for leaks none found. Transmission operates as designed.
Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Unable to duplicate at this time. All checks are ok at this time.
