- Evacuated the A/C system and recovered .67 lbs R134a. Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Inspected the system for signs of leaks, none found. Recharged the system to specification, .94 lbs R134a. Performed A/C system performance test, failed. Compressor will intermittently turn on and off. Found that the temperature control assembly has an internal fault causing compressor to not turn on. Needs temperature control assembly.
- Removed the spark plug wires. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Replaced the spark plug wires with new.
- Removed the temperature control assembly and replaced with new. Performed A/C system performance test, passed. A/C operates as designed.
