Removed the front wheels. Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the front brake rotors and refinished. Reinstalled the front wheels. Removed the rear wheels. Removed the rear brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the rear brake rotors and replaced with new. Reinstalled the rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
Refinished both front rotors and installed.

Condensor has a hole in it.
Removed the A/C condenser and replaced with new.
Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Recharged the system to specification, .96 lbs. R134a. Performed A/C system performance test, passed. Added leak detection dye to help aide in detection if small leaks. A/C is operating as designed. No other leaks found at this time.
Front brake linings have 4 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 4 mm remaining. Front rotors are warped causing pulsation. Recommend front brake pads and refinish rotors. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
Removed the front wheels. Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the front rotors.
Refinished the front brake rotors and installed. Reinstalled the front wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.
