    • Inspected for engine oil leaks and found that the engine oil cooler is leaking. Recommend engine oil cooler.
    • Removed the intake plenum. Removed the lower intake manifold. Removed the engine oil filter adapter and cleaned engine valley. Replaced the engine oil filter adapter with new. Reinstalled the intake manifold with new gaskets. Reinstalled the intake plenum with new gaskets. Cleaned engine compartment. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.

    • Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Pressure tested the cooling system and inspected for external coolant leaks, none found. Performed chemical test to test for combustion gasses in the cooling system, failed. Head gasket is bad. System also has excessive pressure build-up from combustion gasses.
    • Inspected for engine oil leaks and found engine oil is leaking from under the intake manifold. Found that the engine oil cooler is leaking. Recommend engine oil cooler.
    • Removed the intake plenum. Removed the lower intake manifold. Removed the valve covers. Removed the timing cover. Removed the cylinder heads and sublet repairs. Reinstalled the cylinder heads with new gaskets. Replaced the cylinder head bolts with new. Replaced the timing cover gaskets with new. Replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets with new. Replaced the valve covers gaskets with new. Replaced the engine oil cooler with new. Replaced the intake manifold gaskets with new. Drained the engine oil and refilled with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
    • Pressure tested the cylinder heads and inspected for cracks or leaks, none found. Vacuum tested and found that all of the intake valves have a leak. Regrind valves and seats. Replace valve stem seals. Resurface cylinder head.
