    • verified concern, found broken exhuast bolt on passenger side exhaust manifold cause of exhaust leak and ticking type noise. removed r/side exhaust manifold and extracted broken bolts. replaced all bolts and gasket.recheked ok for noise at this time.
    • Removed the right side exhaust manifold. Replaced the exhaust manifold gasket with new. Replaced the exhaust manifold hardware with new. Road tested vehicle. All checks are ok at this time.

    • Removed the right front wheel. Removed the right side inner fender liner. Removed the ride side exhaust manifold. Replaced the exhaust manifold gasket with new. Replaced the hardware with new. Reinstalled the inner fender liner. Reinstalled the right front wheel and torqued to specification.
