2014 GMC Sierra 1500

- Body control module does not like led lights installed and causing bcm codes related to headlights, installed oem bulbs and everything works as intended. Cleared any related diagnostic trouble codes.
- Removed the thermostat assembly and replaced with new. Vacuum bled the cooling system with new coolant. Cleared the diagnostic trouble codes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs.

2020 GMC Sierra 1500

- Replaced bent push rod on cylinder #5. Misfire still present. Need to remove cylinder head and inspect lifter / camshaft for damage.
- Removed the left side cylinder head and inspected for lifter / camshaft damage. Camshaft is heavily scored and needs replaced. Recommend camshaft and lifters replaced.
- Replaced the camshaft with new. Replaced all lifters with new. Replaced all associated gaskets with new. Cleaned the oil pan of any debris. Replaced the oil and filter with new. Vacuum bled the cooling system with new coolant.
- CYLINDER HEAD – Pressure Test / Vacuum Test / Surface – Both Sides

2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD

- Removed the right side inner fender liner. Removed the fuel filter element and replaced with new. Reset fuel filter life monitor.
- Removed the front wheels. Removed the front inner fender liners. Removed the glow plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the inner fender liners. Reinstalled the front wheels and torqued to specification. Cleared the diagnostic trouble codes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.

2019 GMC Sierra 3500 HD

- Removed the left rear wheel. Removed the left rear brake caliper and replaced with new. Replaced the brake pads with new. Performed brake bleed procedure. Reinstalled the left rear wheel and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.
- Removed the transmission pan and drained the transmission fluid. Removed the internal transmission filter and replaced with new. Removed the external transmission filter and replaced with new. Cleaned the transmission pan and gasket mounting surfaces. Added new fluid to the transmission. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
- Drained the rear differential fluid and refilled with new.
- Removed the right side headlamp bulb and replaced with new.
- Removed the cabin air filter and replaced with new.
- Front suspension lift is loose. Torqued all suspension to specification. Noise is still present. Left front lower ball joint is noisy, does not have play.
