  • First connected scan tool to vehicle to check which modules had communication. Low speed CAN was working but not the high speed CAN. Check the ohms reading at pin 6 and pin 14. Had a reading of 300k ohms. Disconnected body computer and cleaned connections. Reinstalled connection s and retested. Measured 62 ohms at dlc. Connected scan tool to dlc and all the modules communicated. Cleared all codes.

  • Tires are a little low. Adjusted tires to specification.
  • Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Pulsation is coming from the front brakes. Recommend replacing front brakes and refinish rotors.
  • Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the brake rotors and measured. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
  • Refinished both front brake rotors. Installed wheels and torqued to specification.
