  • Removed the rear wheels. Removed the rear brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the rotors and measured thickness. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
  • Refinished both rear rotors and installed. Reinstalled the rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs.

  • Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Pressure tested the cooling system and inspected for leaks, none found. Vacuum checked the cooling system, passed. Cooling system was approximately 1 gallon low. Radiator cap not holding pressure. Added one gallon of coolant. Replaced radiator cap with new. Road tested vehicle and coolant temperature is as designed.
