Needs crankshaft position sensor replaced.
Removed the crankshaft position sensor and replaced with new. Vehicle starts as designed but has stalled shortly after. Found that both fuel filters were leaking. The one on the frame rail was leaking diesel fuel and the one under the hood was sucking in air. Needs both fuel filters replaced and recheck.
Removed both fuel filters and replaced with new. Vehicle starts and runs as designed. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Vehicle runs and drives as designed.
Charged both batteries and performed load test. Both batteries passed the load test.

B272C Driver Differential Temperature Fault. The driver side seat back blower motor is inoperable causing a temperature difference between the seat cushion and seat back. The SCME is shutting off the seat heater due to the temperature difference. Needs driver side seat back blower assembly replaced and rechecked.
Removed the driver side seat back cover. Removed the seat back blower motor assembly and replaced with new. Reinstalled the seat back cover. Seat heater is operating as designed. Both heater elements at approximately 200 degrees.
