    • removed drive belt and inspected. drive belt has cracking, recommend replacement of drive belt. removed and replaced water pump with new. added new coolant to the cooling system. road tested vehicle to verify repairs, vehicle runs and drives as designed. recheck vehicle for leaks, no other leaks were found at this time.

    • Warmed engine up to normal operating temperature. Cooling fans cycled on and off normally. Test drove vehicle and could not get engine to run hotter then normal. Coolant level was normal
    • Preformed A/C service. System was low on refrigerant. Recovered 1lb 2 oz. Charged 2lbs 8oz. Low side pressure is normal @ 30 psi. High side pressure is normal @ 150 psi. Both valve cores were leaking. Replaced with new ones. Duct temperature is 41.5 degrees. Added dye

    • Removed the intake manifold and cleaned. Removed both knock sensors and replaced with new. Replaced the knock sensor wire harness with new. Replaced the intake manifold gaskets with new.
    • Removed wheels. Performed brake fluid exchange procedure. Flushed brake fluid through calipers, lines and master cylinder. Added new brake fluid and inspected for leaks, no leaks found at this time.

    • Scanned the Engine Control Module (ECM) for diagnostic trouble codes and retrieved P0496 – EVAP Flow During a Non-Purge Condition. Tested and found that the EVAP purge solenoid is stuck open at all times. Recommend purge valve and recheck the operation.
    • Removed the EVAP purge solenoid and replaced with new. Cleared the diagnostic trouble code. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Vehicle runs and drives as designed.
