- Drained the transmission fluid. Removed the transmission filters. Removed the transmission valve body. Removed the transmission solenoid package and replaced with new. Reinstalled the valve body. Replaced the transmission filters with new. Resealed the transmission pan. Added new fluid. Performed relearn procedure. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Transmission operates as designed.
- Frnt brake linings have 8 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 4 mm remaining. Upper radiator hose was leaking at the hose clamp, repaired as necessary.
- Removed wheels and rotated.
- Verified customers concern. Found that the transmission temperature sensor is reading erratic. Temperature sensor is part of the transmission solenoid package. Recommend replacing the transmission solenoid package and transmission filters with new.
