- Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Found engine is over filled causing engine to run rough. Drained the engine oil and measured a total of 14 quarts. Refilled the engine oil to capacity, 7 quarts. Cleared the engine control module of any diagnostic trouble codes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Engine runs and drives as designed.
