- Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Pulsation is coming from the front brake rotors. Recommend front brake pads and refinish rotors.
- Reprogram customer supplied key.
- Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Measured front rotor thickness. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
- Removed both front rotors and refinished. Installed refinished rotors. Installed wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.
