- Change Engine oil and filter Lubed Chassis Perform 35 point inspection
- Removed the engine cover. Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils and engine cover.
- Drained the transmission fluid and refilled with new. Road tested vehicle. Inspected for leaks none found. Transmission operates as designed.
- Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Unable to duplicate at this time. All checks are ok at this time.
