- Needs water outlet and coolant resivour.
- Charged battery and performed load test, passed.
- Removed the water outlet on the driver side and replaced with new. Replaced the surge tank with new. Replaced the coolant air bleed hose with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks, thermostat housing is leaking.
- Removed the thermostat assembly and replaced with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
