Services Performed
- Inspected motor mount and they are normal. Engine is running rough due to a misfire on cylinder #2.After inspection found valve not sealing on #2 cylinder. Need to remove cylinder heads.
- Inspected and found code p0442 for evap system small leak. Purge Valve is sticking open. Needs purge valve Engine is running rough due to a misfire on cylinder #2.After inspection found valve not sealing on #2 cylinder. Need to remove cylinder heads.
- Removed cylinder heads. Head the cylinder heads checked for leakage. Cylinder were disassembled and had the carbon removed from the valve. Reinstalled cylinder heads
- Pressure tested the cylinder heads for cracks, none found. All valves have excessive carbon buildup causing valve to stick. #2 cylinder had at leak at the exhaust valve. Cleaned valves and retested, ok. Resurfaced cylinder heads.
