- Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Vehicle has pulsation coming from the brakes. Raised vehicle and inspected brakes. Front brake linings have 6 mm remaining. Recommend resurfacing all rotors.
- Removed wheels and inspected brakes. Front brake linings have 6 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 6 mm remaining. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
- Removed all rotors and refinished. Reinstalled wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.
