Inspected for power steering leaks and found that the power steering line from the reservoir to the cooler is leaking.
Removed the power steering return line and replaced with new. Cleaned the power steering area down and inspected for leak, ok at this tine.

Evacuated the A/C system and recovered 0 lbs R134a. Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Inspected the system for any signs of obvious leaks, none found. Inspected the system for any damage, none found. Inspected the system electrical connections, all ok. Recharged the A/C system to specification. 1.21 lbs R134a. Added leak detection dye to help aide in detection of small leaks. Performed A/C system performance test, failed. A/C compressor does not engage. Tested the power and ground to the compressor, ok. Found compressor has internal fault.

Evacuated the A/C system. Removed the serpentine belt. Removed the A/C compressor and replaced with new. Reinstalled the serpentine belt.

Inspected all lights. Left side brake light inoperable. Right side brake light inoperable.
Removed the left side brake lamp bulb and replaced with new. Removed the right side brake lamp bulb and replaced with new. Left bulb inoperable, swapped socket with the reverse lamp and operates as designed. Needs socket for reverse lamp on left side.
Recommend hood lift supports.
Left rear door lock actuator is making noise.

Road tested vehicle. Front brakes have pulsation while applying the brakes. Raised the vehicle. Removed wheels and inspected. Front brake linings have approximately 3 mm remaining. Measured front rotors and rotors are within specification and can be refinished. Rear brake linings are ok.
Front brakes pulsate. Tires also need balanced.

Removed the intake plenum. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the intake plenum.
Drained the cooling system. Flushed the cooling system and added new coolant. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks, no leaks found at this time.
Drained the automatic transmission fluid and refilled with new. Added new transmission fluid to the transmission. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks, none found. Rechecked the fluid level, ok.

Inspected the A/C system for any signs of obvious leaks or damage, ok. Recharged the A/C system to specification, 2.13 lbs R134a. Added leak detection dye to help aide in detection of leaks. Performed A/C system performance test, failed. A/C compressor will not engage. Found fuse for A/C compressor is blown. Replaced the fuse with new and A/C operates as designed.
Removed the door panel and inspected. Door lock retainer had come off the door handle. Reinstalled the door lock retainer and lock cylinder, operates as designed. Reinstalled door panel.
