    • Scanned the control module and retrieved diagnostic trouble code P0674. Tested glow plug and glow plug resistance is at specification. Performed self test, passed at this time. Intermittent fault with the glow plug module. Recommend glow plug module.

    • Removed the intake plenum. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the intake plenum.
    • Drained the cooling system. Flushed the cooling system and added new coolant. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks, no leaks found at this time.
    • Drained the automatic transmission fluid and refilled with new. Added new transmission fluid to the transmission. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks, none found. Rechecked the fluid level, ok.

    • Evacuated the A/C system and recovered 1.03 lbs R134a. Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Inspected all electrical connections for the A/C system, ok. Inspected the A/C system for any signs of obvious leaks or damage, ok. Recharged the A/C system to specification, 2.13 lbs R134a. Added leak detection dye to help aide in detection of leaks. Performed A/C system performance test, failed. A/C compressor will not engage. Found fuse for A/C compressor is blown. Replaced the fuse with new and A/C operates as designed.
    • Removed the door panel and inspected. Door lock retainer had come off the door handle. Reinstalled the door lock retainer and lock cylinder, operates as designed. Reinstalled door panel.
