Removed the timing belt tensioner and replaced with new. Removed the timing belt idler pulley and replaced with new. Removed the timing belt tensioner pulley and replaced with new. Reinstalled the timing cover. Replaced the drive belt with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system.
  • Drained the automatic transmission fluid and refilled with new.
  • Drained the transfer case fluid and refilled with new.
  • Removed the differential fluid and refilled with new.
  • Evacuate and recharge A/C Charged 10 Oz. 134a Low side 25psi normal High side 150psi normal. Outlet temp.47 degrees. Dye added to assist with leak detection.
  • Engine is dry. Leak is in differential transmission area. Just sweating, no actual leak. Keep an eye on it.
