Removed the fuel pump control module and replaced with new. Cleared diagnostic trouble codes. Vehicle starts and runs as designed.
Verified customers concern. Performed fuel pressure test, failed. Tested power and ground. Found that the fuel pump control module assembly has failed. Recommend replacing the fuel pump control module with new.

Inspected for leaks. Found that the left side axle shaft seal is leaking. Recommend axle seals.
Removed the left front wheels. Removed the left front axle shaft. Removed the left front axle seal and replaced with new. Reinstalled the axle shaft and wheel. Torqued wheel to specification.
Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Found that the transmission fluid level is low. Added approximately 2 quarts to bring fluid level to full. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Transmission operates as designed.

Removed the cylinder head and replaced with new. Replaced the cylinder head gasket with new. Replaced the spark plugs with new. Replaced the timing cover gaskets with new. Replaced the timing belt, tensioner and water pump with new. Replaced injectors seals with new. Cleared the diagnostic trouble codes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Vehicle runs and drives as designed.
Scanned the Engine Control Module (ECM) for diagnostic trouble codes and retrieved P0300 – Multiple Random Misfire Detected and P0304 – Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected. Inspected and upon removal of cylinder 4 spark plug, plug broke off in the cylinder head. Attempted to extract spark plug and spark plug will not come out of cylinder head. Recommend cylinder repair removal and possible replacement.

Drained the cooling system. Removed the water pump and replaced with new. Replaced the thermostat and gaskets with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system. Road tested vehicle and inspected and inspected for leaks. No leaks found at this time.
Front brake linings have 6 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 7 mm remaining. Water pump leaking.
