    • Inspected the system for leaks. Found that there is a leak at the pre-heater pipe going to the catalytic converter. Pipe was loose and gasket was not installed properly. Reinstalled the pipe and resealed. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
    • No heat going to the pre-heater from exhaust pipe.

    • Noise heard when applying brakes, mostly when in reverse. Recommend inspection of brake system. Right side inner fender liner appears to be rubbing on tire when turning. Re secured the inner fender liner and road tested.

    • Raised the vehicle. Removed the wheels and inspected brakes. Front brake linings have 4 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 7 mm remaining.
    • Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the front rotors and measured thickness. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
    • Refinished both front rotors and installed. Reinstalled the wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs.
