Coolant leaking from the thermostat housing. Recommend thermostat.
Drained the cooling system. Removed the thermostat and replaced with new. Added new coolant to the cooling system. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks. No other leaks found at this time.
Inspected for oil leaks and found transmission fluid leaking from the lower transmission cooler line. Also a coolant leak at the thermostat housing. Recommend thermostat and lower transmission cooler line.
Removed the lower transmission cooler line and replaced with new. Road tested vehicle and rechecked for leaks. No other leaks found at this time.
Unable to duplicate customers concern of fuel odor. Smell coolant inside the cabin from thermostat housing leaking onto hot engine.

Blower motor fuse blown. Blower motor is frozen causing blown fuse. Replaced blower motor with new and blower motor stays on constantly. Blower motor module is faulty causing blower to stay on. Replaced blower motor module with new. Blower operates as designed.
Drained the engine oil. Removed the engine oil pan and cleaned. Replaced the oil pan gasket with new. Replaced the oil filter with new. Replaced the drive belt with new. Added new engine oil. Cleaned engine down. Road tested vehicle.
Raised vehicle and inspected for oil leaks. Found engine oil leaking around the oil pan gasket area. Possible leak at the rear main seal, recommend oil pan gasket then clean and recheck. Power steering pressure hose seeping and power steering rack seeping on the driver side.
Replaced the driver side window switch with new. Window operates as designed.

Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Found vehicle is overheating and coolant level is a little low. Vehicle runs rough when cold and has misfire on cylinder 1. Removed cylinder 1 spark plug, pressure tested the cooling system and found coolant is entering into cylinder 1. Recommend cylinder head gasket and/or cylinder head replacement if cracked. Vehicle still under manufacturer powertrain warranty.

Scanned the 4WD control module and retrieved diagnostic trouble code U0102 – Lost Communication With Transfer Case Control Module. Raised vehicle and inspected the module on top of the rear differential. Cleaned the connector and applied dielectric grease to the connector. Cleared the trouble codes and codes have not returned.
Verified customers concern. Performed battery load test, passed. Performed alternator output test, failed. Tested power and ground to the alternator. Found that the connection at the starter that feeds the alternator have burned causing intermittent connection. Repaired wires, cleaned the terminals and tightened. Performed alternator output test, passed.
