Removed the front wheels. Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the front rotors and measured thickness. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
Refinished both front rotors and installed. Reinstalled both front wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs.
Evacuate and recharge Removed 7oz. Charged 15 oz. Low side 38psi. Normal. High side 195psi. Normal. 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Dye added to assist with leak detection.

Recovered 10 oz of refrigerant from air conditioning system. Charged 14 oz. Low side pressure was normal at 35 PSI. High side pressure was normal at 155 psi. Added dye to system to aid in leak detection.
Needs blower motor
Left front tire TPMS and right rear tire TPMS are bad. Needs new sensors
Removed the blower motor and replaced with new.

Recharged the system to specification, 1.16 lbs R134a. Performed A/C system performance test, passed. Low side pressure, 28 psi. High side pressure, 135 psi. Center outlet temperature, 40 degrees. A/C operates as designed.
Front brake linings have 6 mm remaining. Rear brake linings have 3 mm remaining. Recommend air filter next service.
