    • Verified customers concern. Found that the starter has an internal fault. Tested power and ground to the starter, ok. Recommend replacing the starter with new.
    • Removed the starter assembly and replaced with new. Vehicle starts and runs as designed. Charged the battery and performed load test, failed. Recommend battery replacement.

    • Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Pulsation is coming from the front brake rotors. Recommend front brake pads and refinish rotors.
    • Reprogram customer supplied key.
    • Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Measured front rotor thickness. Rotors are within specification and can be refinished.
    • Removed both front rotors and refinished. Installed refinished rotors. Installed wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.
