    • Road tested vehicle to verify customers concern. Unable to duplicate at this time. Recommend to replace the spark plugs and cylinder 4 ignition coil as per mileage.
    • Removed the intake plenum assembly. Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils. Replaced the cylinder 4 ignition coil with new. Reinstalled the intake plenum.
    • Drained the automatic transmission fluid. Refilled transmission with new fluid. Confirmed fluid temperature and rechecked the level, adjusted fluid as necessary. Road tested vehicle and inspected for leaks.

    • Raised vehicle and removed wheels to inspect brakes. Front brake linings have 7 mm remaining. Rear brake shoes have 3 mm remaining. Cleaned rear shoes and installed drums. Reinstalled wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. No noises heard at this time.
    • Removed the ignition coils. Removed the spark plugs and replaced with new. Reinstalled the ignition coils. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Vehicle starts and runs as designed.
    • Verified customers concern. Found that the vehicle is flooded. Removed the spark plugs and inspected, spark plugs are worn. Recommend replacing the spark plugs with new.
