    • Removed the front wheels. Removed the front brake pads and replaced with new. Cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper hardware. Removed the front rotors and measured thickness. Rotors are below specification and cannot be refinished. Replaced the rotors with new. Reinstalled the front wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. Brakes operate as designed.

    • Scanned the Engine Control Module (ECM) for diagnostic trouble codes and retrieved P0304 – Misfire Cylinder 4 Detected. Removed the intake manifold, removed the valve cover and inspected for damage, found broken intake valve spring on cylinder 4. Recommend to remove cylinder and send to machine shop to inspect cylinder heads for any further damage. Customer declined repairs at this time.

    • Evacuated the A/C system and recovered .90 lbs R134a. Performed automated vacuum leak test, passed. Recharged the system to specification, 1.60 lbs R134a. Added leak detection dye to help aide in detection of small leaks. Inspected for signs of leaks, none found. A/C operates as designed. Performed A/C system performance test, passed. A/C operates as designed

    • Removed the engine oil pressure sensor. Removed the valve lifter oil filter located under the oil pressure sensor and replaced with new. Replaced the oil pressure sensor with new. Cleared the diagnostic trouble codes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs. All checks are ok at this time.
